Your order will be packaged and shipped within two business days of the date ordered. Please allow 7-10 business days for packages to arrive for orders shipped within the contiguous United States.
If an email address was provided at checkout, you will be sent a tracking number and notified when your package has shipped.
International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, and fees that are billed separately by the carrier. International shipments may take longer to arrive.
Socks that are new and in their original, sealed packaging may be returned for up to 120 days following the original purchase date.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will issue a refund to the form of payment issued at the time of purchase.
Socks that have been opened, tried on or that are not in their original packaging may be returned for up to 30 days of purchase. All returns must be mailed back with the original purchase receipt. The refund will be the cost of the socks less the cost of shipping.
Toe Talk will issue a refund for manufacturer’s defects if the product is returned within 180 days of purchase. Toe Talk does not warrant its products against normal wear and tear.
Retail customers may exchange socks up to 60 days after the original purchase date and will be responsible for shipping costs to and from Toe Talk when requesting an exchange. All exchanges must be mailed back with the original receipt, unworn and in the original product packaging.
Any order discrepancies must be reported to Toe Talk within 30 days of our invoice date. Please contact customer service with you invoice number and item descriptions immediately. Please retain your original shipping packaging until the discrepancy has been resolved.
If you placed your Toe Talk sock order through Amazon Fulfillment Services, Amazon’s return policy and procedures supersede the above stated Return Policy.
